Stories are generated in English or Czech only. Pick the story language in your book settings before you start — the full 24-page book is written in that language. The website is available in English and Czech as well.

Once you've purchased and approved your digital book, you can order a premium hardcover printed copy. We use print-on-demand with full-color printing on premium thick paper. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days worldwide. You cannot order print before approving your digital book — so there are no unwanted surprises.

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated live at checkout based on your address — standard delivery is typically 7–14 business days. Because each book is uniquely generated for you, all sales are final once generation has started. Refunds are available in cases of technical failure preventing delivery or duplicate payment. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will make it right.

If generation fails due to a technical issue, your order is marked accordingly and you can retry generation or contact support. If delivery cannot be completed, we will resolve it, including a refund where applicable.
